All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: $12.95 (Applicable to all orders).
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • Cost: FREE on orders over $50.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within a 15-day window.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

    • Back Protection

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide Details: In your email, include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions for our warehouse.
  4. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide.
    Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the original product back. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by us if the item was defective or incorrect. For all other exchanges, standard shipping fees apply.
