  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, armor and back protection products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Refund Timeline and Method

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Exchanges
